Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is 6 plants. You may choose any quantity of any variety to meet the minimum.
When do you ship?
Express orders ship early in the week to ensure delivery before the weekend. Ground orders ship 5 days a week and can be delivered on the weekend. Available Now orders are generally fulfilled within 7 days of when placed. Preorders will arrive within the chosen 2 week shipping window. We reserve the right to slightly alter the shipping schedule, if necessary, due to extenuating circumstances.
Do you ship to a P.O. Box?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee your plants will arrive healthy. If there are any issues with your plants in transit, please notify us of the problem within 48 hours of arrival, pictures required. We will either issue a refund, a credit, or send a replacement, depending on the circumstances of the problem. If a replacement variety is out of stock we will either send you a similar variety or give you a refund/credit.
What if an item I ordered is out of stock?
If a certain variety is out of stock we will send a similar variety or issue a refund.
Can I change my order?
If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately and we will certainly accommodate you as best we can. Orders cannot be added to under any circumstance, only plants swapped if available.
How do you grow?
We are a 100% USDA Certified Organic growing operation. Our plants are grown in a Certified Organic soil media and we only add approved organic fertilizers as needed. Pests are controlled with beneficial insect releases on a regular basis and approved pest controls when needed. While the USDA Organic regulations are very strict and we are inspected annually, we are happy to promote organic practices, not to mention we find that the plants grow better this way.
